Ronald and Kathy Hall appeal a judgment entered in favor of Dominican Sisters of Spokane, a/k/a Dominican Health Services, d/b/a Holy Family Hospital (Hospital)*fn1 as well as the court's denial of their motion for a new trial. The Halls filed a negligence lawsuit against the Hospital as the result of the alleged subpar care Mr. Hall received in December 1992 when he was brought to the Hospital's emergency room and later admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). We affirm.
